Jessica Wynne serves as Senior Vice President of MountainStar Capital. She reviews and advises the company on issues of compliance, legal structuring, and governance. Jessica’s background in organizational agreements and compliance allows her to guide MountainStar Capital and its partners in how best to structure entities and ensure regulatory compliance and correct reporting. She is also the President and founder of Vail Valley Luxury Rentals, a MountainStar funded luxury vacation property management company. Jessica is a bar admitted practicing attorney in the State of Florida, with her Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law and a B.B.A. in finance from Southern Methodist University. She holds real estate licenses in both Florida and Colorado, and has had specialized training in Private Funds Management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Serving the community is Jessica’s primary passion. She serves on the University of North Florida’s Student Affairs Community Council, as well as on the Jacksonville Public Library Foundation. She is a member of the Young Ambassador’s Council of the Florida House and has served on event committees for St. Vincent’s, Wolfson Children’s Hospital, and the Jacksonville Public Library. In addition, she is co-chairing an event benefiting the Mission House to be held in spring of 2016, as well as the Cowford Ball benefitting the American Cancer Society in fall of 2016.
